Refund policy

We want you to be happy with your purchase, so if something’s not quite right, we’re here to help! If you're not fully satisfied, just return your items to us within 14 days of receiving them, as long as they’re unused and unopened.

Simply send the items back in their original packaging with a quick note letting us know why you're returning them. Once we get them, we’ll process your refund right away.

If you have any questions or need a hand with returns, don’t hesitate to reach out. Please note that we can only offer a refund on unused products, unless they’re faulty.

If you cancel your order before it ships, no worries – you’ll get a full refund. If it’s already been shipped, you can still return it for a refund, but you’ll just need to cover the return shipping costs.
